Our EHRP Team winced when we read this in the Huffington Post, by Laura Basset about the North Dakota State Senate’s bill that would make it even more difficult for women there to access abortion care. The Personhood Constitutional Amendment initiative would amend the state’s constitution to give legal rights and protections to human embryos.
