Duy Linh Tu’s EHRP-supported film “The Wait at Matamoros” received a Lone Star Emmy nomination, the Lone Star Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences announced last Friday. The Lone Star Chapter describes itself as “the standard-bearers for excellence in the television broadcasting industry and the gatekeepers of the prestigious regional EMMY Awards in Texas.”
