EHRP Contributor Selected as Livingston Award Finalist

Cecilia Nowell was selected as a Livingston Award finalist for her EHRP-supported article, “She Used Drugs While Pregnant. Should She Be in Prison?“, Wallace House and the University of Michigan announced on April 27. Nowell is one of 52 finalists chosen from over 450 entries for work released in 2021.

Currently in its 41st year, the Livingston Awards recognize journalists under the age of 35 across all forms of journalism.
