Mabud has expertise in economic inequality and the 21st-century workplace, and is a leading voice on inflation and issues of corporate power in the economy vis a vis prices. At The Groundwork Collaborative, which works with economic policy experts, progressive movement leaders, and activists to develop and advance a progressive economic worldview, she focuses on how structural factors such as racism and sexism perpetuate inequities. Mabud previously spearheaded the Time’s Up Foundation’s Time’s Up, Measure Up initiative, and served in the Obama administration in the Office of Economic Policy at the U.S. Dept. of the Treasury.
